I tried that 6 or 7 times plus installing the mods in different order and no joy but the new download worked so all is good.

I wouldn`t call it a super computer Its a Dell xps Windows XP32 pro Intel duel core [AT]2.66ghz 2gig ram Nvidia 8800gtx 768mb Creative blaster X-fi XtremeGamer I was actually thinking its time for an upgrade

Well im running a: Intel core 2 duo e4500 oc to 3ghz 4gb of ocz ram sapphire 4850 oc to 700/1200 hiper type m 530w psu 500gb of western digital goodness casecom case and a samsung sm2243bw.
And it still bogs down when things get a bit modified!!

I think even the best machines will lag with this game if you over do it on the mods what i do is remove any mods if im not using them it might look nice having them parked up in your yard but theres no point having them if you dont use them. for instance how many of you still have all the original standard vehicles and gear still in the game even though i bet you never use them.. everylittle helps

i did a virus scan on my comp i found loads of little things i think it may be from downloading mods because it said they were in files. but it has made my game run alot better.
