Problems with a couple of missions!

I have some problems with 2 missions: A storm is on its way! and An order of the governement. In the first one, my combine remains on the top of a cow, and a cant find a reset button . On the second one, i can`t get in the tractor, ca`nt move.
I have instaled the english mod, does it have something to do with it??

if you have changed the map, its not gonna work ofc
